Spicy Tawa Gravy

Thick, tangy desi-style  gravy with bold tawa masala. Street-food vibes at home. Perfect with soya chaap or Paneer. Heat and serve with roti, naan or lachha paratha.

How To Use 

Thaw frozen gravy and heat butter/ghee in a pan. Add a pinch of degi mirch and then gravy. Add fried chaap or paneer. Add pinch of kasori methi and adjust consistency with water if needed. Simmer for 2-3 mins. Finish with fresh chopped green coriander
