Eligibility for Refund
We accept refund requests under the following circumstances:

Damaged / Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect or damaged item in your order, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Proof of Issue: You must provide a 360-degree video recording of the damaged or incorrect product at the time of unboxing for us to verify the claim.

Exchange Policy
As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept any exchange requests.

Refund Timeline
Once your refund request is approved, refund initiation may take up to 7 working days to process.

The refund will be made to the original method of payment used during purchase.
