Rogan Josh Gravy

Spicy and aromatic Kashmiri-style gravy with tomato-onion base and spices. Great with Soya Chaap, mock meat or Paneer. heat and serve with Indian breads.

How To Use 

Thaw frozen gravy and heat butter/ghee in a pan. Add a pinch of degi mirch and then gravy. Add fried chaap or paneer. Adjust consistency with water if needed. Simmer for 2-3 mins. Finish with fresh chopped green coriander.
