Butter Masala Gravy

Smooth tomato-butter gravy with cream and fenugreek. Classic North Indian flavour. Perfect for paneer and chaap dishes. Heat and serve with Indian Breads.

How To Use 

Thaw frozen gravy. Heat butter/ghee, add gravy and cook briefly. Add paneer, Kofta or chaap. Adjust with water, simmer for 2 mins. Sprinkle kasoori methi, garnish with cream, extra butter and chopped coriander.
